MINDFUL PARENTING SUPPORT GROUPS:

In the Mindful Parenting support groups we discuss chapters from the book "Everyday Blessings" by Kabat-Zinn to inspire our discussions.

The groups create a space to reflect on parenting challenges, share discoveries, develop mindful parenting skills, and make connections with other mothers.
In busy lives we often don't have enough time to think and talk about our parenting experiences, especially the more challenging ones.  Having other aspiring mindful mothers listen compassionately and discuss themes that are close to our own experience, can be beneficial.  There is also time to do short guided meditation or mindfulness practices.
